Health Mark Body Vibe Extreme 2013 • Whole Body Vibration
As you may know, I have had a Port-A-Vibe for about a year and a half now and love it. I know how beneficial walking is for me, but sometimes (I think) my schedule is so full, I don’t make the time. It is too cold or too hot or too wet or any other excuse I can think of. However, the Port A Vibe is there in front of the TV in Texas and the window in Montana. I can get on it for 5 or 10 minutes and feel totally energized and I feel as though I just had a body alignment. Also, by being on it for 10 minutes, the benefits are equivalent to 4 miles of jogging.
