Health Mark’s obligation under the warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, free of charge, any parts which may prove to be defective under “normal home use” for the period of the warranty as stated in the owner’s manual.
The warranty does not include damage caused by improper operation, misuse, or commercial application.
For replacement of defective parts, digital photographs of the defective part need to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will evaluate the defect and replace parts accordingly.

If merchandise arrives damaged, the customer needs to advise the driver immediately that they are refusing delivery
due to damage so the driver can document the damage.
If the customer has accepted the package before noticing the damage, they should IMMEDIATELY contact the retailer
from whom it was purchased and advised them as the retailer is responsible for handling damage claims as a result of shipping.
The customer should also take digital pictures of the carton, the label and the damaged to the equipment and send to retailer.
The retailer will need to file a claim with UPS or FedEx.
If a damaged package which has been third‐party billed is returned to our warehouse, we will email digital photographs of the shipping carton and the equipment to the vendor in order to expedite the filing of a claim.
We will hold the damaged carton for 30 days. If we have not been contacted by the shipper or the vendor as to the
disposition of the damaged goods after 30 days, it will be discarded.
Needs to be addressed with vendor as Health Mark does not accept returns under these circumstances.
If merchandise is refused and returned to us, and there is no apparent damage to the merchandise, a 15% restocking fee and handling fees for re‐boxing the item will be charged to the vendor.
