I have always had pretty good posture, but I find that sometimes my back is more reluctant to comply with my posture requests. To whip it into shape, I break out my wave. I then do two or three of the exercises included. The most relaxing (to me) is when I lay on the floor with the wave under my hips and gently rock it. I can feel all the muscles in my thighs, hips and back relax and let go.
Also, I am only 5’1″ tall, so most couches and chairs are too deep for me. I just put the wave on the back of the couch or chair, and it gives me the extra inches I need to fit the chair. Not only does this help my feet touch the floor, it also gives my back a bit of a massage because my spine is cradled in the channel.
I thought the wave was pricey, but with Giaim’s return policy, I figured I had nothing to lose. If it didn’t work or I didn’t like it, I could return it. Sorry, Giaim, I’m keeping it. I believe it was worth every penny.
